Our Approach
Mend Physio is a premier physical therapy clinic in Orange County helping elite youth, collegiate athletes, and active adults recover from injury, prevent pain, and perform at their best. To us, physical therapy is more than rehab—it’s a chance to walk with people through one of the hardest seasons of their lives. We bring a deep understanding of movement, biomechanics, and sport-specific performance, but what drives our work is connection. We care deeply about each person we work with, and we’ve created a space where you feel known, challenged, and genuinely supported.Today, we are trusted by some of the top orthopedic surgeons in Orange and Los Angeles County and regularly collaborate with physicians, coaches, and performance teams across nearly every major professional sport. What’s grounded us in this work is the moments when someone starts to feel like themselves again through the trust that’s built when you walk through something hard together, and the joy experienced when someone gets to do the thing that brings them life again. Rehab is personal, and we want every person we work with to feel known, supported, and truly seen—not just as an injury, but as a whole person.Testimonials
“I can’t recommend Mend enough. What sets them apart is that they don’t just focus on the injury or the pain point in isolation. They really take the time to see you as a whole person and treat holistically, which makes such a difference in the healing process. “The care here feels personal, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in long-term wellness, not just a quick fix. Truly some of the best out there!”

“Andy treated my 15 year old daughter post-ACL tear surgery. From the first phone conversation and session with Andy, it was instantly clear he was highly knowledgeable about her particular injury and the treatment necessary to get her back to the lacrosse field at a high functioning level. The level and quality of care he provided her was impeccable and I find it to be unmatched. Having 3 kids in multiple sports we’ve had our fair share of prior injuries and once we connected with Andy we never looked elsewhere.

“As a professional athlete, I’ve worked with a lot of physical therapists, and Andy is easily one of the best!! He takes the time to really understand the athlete and the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. Sessions with Andy are always purposeful, effective and fun. What I appreciate most is that he blends recovery with performance- I always leave feeling better, moving better, and with a clear plan to keep improving. Andy is detail-oriented and genuinely invested in helping his patients. If you’re serious about your health, recovery, or performance, Andy’s the guy!
